Remembering Jean fondly and how I got to know her through BHU. She was a force to be reckoned with. I will be with you all in spirit...travelling.

So sorry to hear about your loss. Jean was an amazing lady who didn't take flak from anyone. She ruled BHU with an iron fist, and she will be sorely missed. May her memory be for a blessing and may you and yours be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Israel. Baruch Dayan Ha'Emes.

Dear Karen and Family,
So sorry for your loss. Having worked with Jean at BHU for many years, she was tough on the outside, but soft on the inside. She was loyal and dedicated to her job and to the people around her. She will be missed.

Dear Karen and Family,

I too share great memories of Jean and our time together at BHU. My fondest memory is of the first time Buddy came to visit Jean at work. There in front of my eyes she turned from a General to a love struck teenager [she loved Buddy so much]. I will miss our talks and the pride she took in her grandchildren and all of their accomplishments.

May her memory be for a blessing.

First my sincere condolences on the loss of your mother, your friend and my cousin. Your Facebook summation of who she was was beautifully written and "spot on". Some of the characteristics that you described could be associated with my mother -- someone with whom both you and I had problems. But your mother was so much straighter and honest about who she was.
I haven't kept touch and last that I saw her she was still strong. I hope that she was able to remain that way until the end and that suffering was at a minimum.

With much love and great respect for who you are,

As both a relative and a friend, I was proud to know your mother. I will always remember her working at BHU. She was a force to reckon with but one who'd do anything for you. She was a lovely woman and she will be missed. I'm so sorry for your loss and send my sincerest condolences.
