I am devastated to learn of Vicky’s passing. Vicky was an absolute treasure and one of my heroes. Her passion for and willingness to act on behalf of Carroll Community College was inspirational to me and to all with whom she served on the Carroll Community Foundation. Vicky was a colossal bundle of dynamite wrapped in a small, vivacious package. I will miss her deeply. All of us at Carroll Community College wish to express our thanks for her many years of support, for her exceptional helping spirit, and for her tireless work on behalf of our students. I extend my deep and sincere condolences to Andrew, Jaqueline and Philip, as well as to her extended family and close friends. My Vicky live on in our hearts and memories forever.

I am deeply sadden to hear of Vicky's passing. Dr. Green I am sorry for your lose. I always enjoyed seeing and talking with her at the various auxiliary functions. I was honored to call her my friend. She will be greatly missed not only here at the hospital but in the community.

We were saddened to hear about Vicky’s passing. We extend our deepest condolences to her family. Vicky had a sharp mind, a vivacious spirit and a heart overflowing with compassion; these allowed her to serve so generously. Her kindness to us and others will not be forgotten. Andrew, Jacqueline and Phillip, I am so sorry for your loss. I'll never forget how Vicki Came to stay with us to help Bev and I after my surgery. She took over the household. Lindsey, Madison and Campbell were crazy about their Aunt Vicki. She was a great person. You are all in my prayers.

Our family was deeply saddened to hear of Vicky's passing. We formed an initial friendship via our sons meeting in first grade, but continued it thru the years. I have many fond memories with the Greens. Vicky's sense of humor, enthusiasm and love of people will be missed by many. Our prayers go out to Andrew, Philllip and Jackie during this difficult time.

Our hearts are heavy with the news of Vicky's passing. So hard to understand. Vicky was such a passionate and vital person. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious and her committment to her community was inspiring. Vicky has had such an impact on the Carroll Hospital Auxiliary and her fingerprints are all over some of the amazing services that the Hospital is able to provide due to her strong committment to philanthropy and bringing people together around common goals. She will be deeply missed.

Vicky will be dearly missed not only by her friends and family, but also by the community that she so diligently served. We have had the pleasure of spending various evenings in her presence, and she never failed to bring smiles to the faces everyone around her. Her diverse cultural knowledge lent itself to interesting conversations and her knowledge of fine wines was always appreciated. She leaves a legacy of community service and love and care for her family. We offer our condolences to Andrew, Jacqueline and Phillip.

Vicky was an amazing person. She was dedicated to so many wonderful organizations. I was lucky enough to have worked with Vicky on the many committees for Carroll Hospital Auxiliary. She was truly an inspiration. And was loved by many. May she Rest In Peace.

Andrew, Jackie and Philip, There is a hole in our hearts and community. We will miss Vicky deeply. Her 5 foot bundle of energy was contagious. So many great memories we shared over the past sixteen years. They will be cherished.

Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane on Sunday, February 19, at 12 pm. Interment Baltimore Hebrew Cemetery - Berrymans Lane. Contributions in her memory may be sent to Carroll Community College, 1601 Washington Road, Westminster, MD 21157 or Carroll Hospital Center, 200 Memorial Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157.
