Dear Iris,
We are so sorry to hear of your Danny. His first day of work at Ridge/Ruston School was also Bob's first day there and our Michael, one of Dan's students, still talks about him even though he graduated way back in 1986! Danny left a lasting mark on our very special school and we will missed him very much. We will be out of town on the day of the Service so we will not be able to attend but we will be there in spirit and will be thinking of you all that day.

Iris, Stevie, and Cindy,
We are so sorry to hear of Danny's Passing.
My days at Saginaw were among my happiest and images of Danny are a part of that happiness.
Among the many images, I will never forget Danny catching on the Hill-IJ field while smoking a pipe.
To coin a Saginaw phrase : "He might have been imitated but he was never duplicated.

Dear Iris,
I was saddened to hear of Danny's passing. He played such an important role in our family over the many years. He shepherded my brother through a decade at camp, becoming a good friend of my parents in the process. He remained in their lives for over 40 years, attending all of our special events and celebrations. Moreover, he was a great help to my mother in her last years, going so far as constructing a wheelchair ramp in her condo. We all held him in the highest regard. May his memory be for a blessing for all of you.

Danny was the most welcoming and kind neighbor - we were truly lucky to know him. His humour and good nature made everyone feel welcomed and we will miss having him next door. He always had time for everyone and we loved the pumpkins he set out for neighbors every Halloween. Love to Iris at this very hard time
