Dear Kaunitz Family,

I am very sorry to hear about your family’s loss. I am grateful to have worked for Marsha in my first position at the City. She showed me the ropes and was very supportive of my growth as well as my family. She was my first mentor. I have thought about her often as I have advanced at DoITT and remember what a hard and dedicated civil servant she was. I know you have a tight family and that Maraha’s passing will be difficult for you all. I wish you the best.

In deepest sympathies,
Dominic Berg

I am so terribly sorry to hear of Marsha's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting her, Robert, family and friends when they first moved to Clubside Drive. I was also fortunate to have a few meals with them. Such a wonderful, warm and lovely person. I send my deepest sympathies. May your endless memories help you through this very difficult time.

Dear Robert and Family;

I am so sorry to hear of Marsha's passing. I knew her through singing with Masterworks Chorale and serving on its Board together. I loved her intelligence, her dry sense of humor, the joy she took in making music and her deep devotion to her family. I have thought of her often during the fall season. My best to you and my wish that you and her entire family find peace in the deep and abiding love that she had for you all.

With deepest sympathy,
Pat

Words cannot adequately express the impact Marsha has had on my life. Her ever questing spirit to learn new things and to explore new ideas and activities has sparked me to keep things new and fresh constantly. I'll never forget her entrance into the choir having played instruments before - but simply wanting the new experience. She soaked up everything we offered and gave back so much of herself in all she put into the performances. She became a vital member in so many ways - and the memory of her will provide wind beneath all of our wings for years to come.
