SERVICES OFFERED
The Jewish funeral is the beginning of the healing process, bringing together the community and friends to provide comfort to the family. The Levinson family and professional staff are here to provide support, to answer your questions and to guide you through this difficult time.
Chapels
Sol Levinson & Bros. offers two distinct chapels designed to best serve your family's needs. Our larger chapel seats more then 500 people and features a beautiful skylight set above a wall made of rose and earth toned Jerusalem stone, resembling the Western Wall of the ancient Temple in Israel. Our smaller chapel provides a warm and intimate setting for up to 150 people. Similar to our larger chapel, this chapel contains a Jerusalem stone wall and is complemented by beautiful stained glass windows.
Our state of the art facility provides audio systems for each chapel, as well as portable listening devices for the hearing impaired. The Kohain building is equipped with audio and video systems, which offer these visitors the opportunity to participate in services being performed in our chapels.
In addition to arranging a funeral in one of our chapels, we can also provide funeral services at your synagogue or cemetery.
Out Of Town / International Services
Should the death or burial take place out of state or out of the country, we can assist in making all funeral arrangements. We also are experienced in arranging for burials in New York as well as Israel. Due to our long standing relationship with the Jewish Funeral Directors of America (JFDA), we have extensive contacts with Jewish funeral homes in the United States and Canada. Our membership in the National Funeral Directors Association, affords us the opportunity to locate the best funeral homes in those cities where a JFDA member does not exist. If you have any questions regarding these arrangements, please contact one of our funeral directors.
